Mediation & Arbitration Services
Madory Professional Services provides both Mediation and Arbitration Services to assist disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of productive communication and negotiation. Our extensive trial practice enables us to provide a quick and accurate analysis of litigation risk and come to a resolution quickly. The goal is for the parties involved to voluntarily settle their dispute.

Services offered include mediation and arbitration of cases involving personal liability, employment wrongful termination, sexual harassment and/or discrimination, insurance and other significant tort claims involving catastrophic injures and damages.
Richard Madory is Of Counsel at Pleiss Sitar McGrath Hunter & Hallack and was the founding partner of Madory, Zell, Pleiss, McGrath, APC. He recently received from the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) the first Life Time Achievement Award. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
Richard Madory has served as a supervisor of insurance claims with major insurance companies, and has been practicing law since 1962. He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1950 through 1980, retiring as a Colonel in the Marine Corps. He has tried over 250 jury cases, arguing cases before State Courts throughout California; the United States District Court, Central District of California; the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; the United States Supreme Court; and the United States Court of Military Appeals. Serving as a private mediator for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Madory has participated as a mediator, arbitrator, settlement judge or party in over 2000 cases.
